Green for St. Paddy’s Day
Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day! Being an Irish gal myself, I’m not only obligated to wear green today, but I look forward to it! There are so many shades to play with, kelly green, hunter green, mint green, and the list goes on.
As those of us in the tri-state area dig ourselves out from Snowstorm Stella and continue to endure the cold, it’s not the best weather to attend the NYC Parade this year, but who says you can’t get dressed up for work or for a night on the town?
Here’s some style inspo to get you thinking about what you’re going to wear out tonight! And check out the new style board on our pinterest page for more!
This blazer is so much fun! Wear it over a white man tailored shirt or maybe a creamy white turtleneck. Mini bags are really in right now! Perfect for fitting your phone, wallet, keys and lip gloss. I just purchased a great one that I can’t wait to bust out for spring.
Monochromatic is one of my favorite looks. This girl nailed it.
Don’t want to overdo it with the green? Accessorize with green accents. A green bag, scarf or headband perhaps?
This look is a bit of a risk, but I say go for it! Have fun with your wardrobe.
A chunky green sweater is perfect for this weather. Pair it with white cords for a touch of winter white or a denim skirt and tights!
Hope this inspired some green looks for your St. Paddy’s Day! Whether you’re going to the parade, eating your corned beef and cabbage, or drinking your Guinness today, make sure you do it in style!
